Changing your mind

If you buy from us as a consumer without meeting us in person, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Some exceptions apply.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something isn’t right, message us with your order details and photos and we’ll sort it out.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order details. We’ll confirm where to send the item and how your refund will be paid.
