2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website by consumers in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Products and condition

• Each listing states whether an option is New or Refurbished. Refurbished devices are pre-owned and are described according to our product condition guide.
• Product images may be representative. Specifications are taken from the manufacturer for the model shown.
• Only options in stock and with a confirmed price can be ordered.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify’s checkout and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
• If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can’t accept your order, for example because an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

See our delivery information page and shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You have a 14-day right to cancel and full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our returns and refunds policy.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

9. Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
